Anil brings over 22 years of experience in sales & marketing, procurement, supply chain, and risk management, gained at some well-known companies such as Hindustan Petroleum, Nayara Energy (formerly Essar), Chemoil Adani, and GP Global. His industry experience makes him the perfect person to lead OLEO Energy’s charge in the Oil & Gas space.

Kaman Singh
Trading Manager - GCC & India
Kaman brings 12 years experience in bunker trading and has worked with Trading Companies like Chemoil Adani, Integr8 Fuels & GP Global. He will be managing the GCC & India region for OLEO Energy. His 5 years experience in the UAE enables him to lead OLEO’s development in to the Middle East. Kaman holds strong long-term relationships with clients which he will continue to work with.

Amit Dingwani
Head - Operations, Shipping & Claims
In his role Amit leads a team of 11 competent & skilled personnels. He has over 20 years experience in operations and supply chain management, right from product procurement, movement & storage to vessel supply, handling disputes and claims. He is responsible for OLEO’s product quality, conformance to the applicable regulatory requirements including Annex VI of MARPOL 73/78, Safety and Environmental Protection in the complete supply chain. He has previously worked in leadership roles of bunker supply chain operations in varied organizations including GP Global, Chemoil Adani & Gujarat Marine.
Rupa Alamelu
Senior Trader
Accomplished strategic experienced with over 15 years of hand-on experience in Business Development with proven experience in Trade marketing (Base Oils, RPO and other related products), vendor management and operational excellence.

Rajdeep Taiterway
Senior Bunker Trader
Rajdeep brings with him 13 years of experience in the Bunkering Industry, handling physical bunker supplies in the Gujarati ports of India, Djibouti, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Jebel Ali & other UAE based ports. In addition he has experience in back to back trading in the Far East, India, Sri Lanka and ARA. He holds strong long standing relationships with clients which he will continue to service at Oleo.
He is highly skilled in negotiation, physical supply, back to back and paper trading. He holds a Master of Science degree in oil trading from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies.
Suman Chatterjee
Trader
Suman brings around 9 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas sector. During the first 6 years of his career he was associated with Reliance Industries in their Petroleum division managing the sale of fuel oil and gas oil to industrial customers in the hinterland market for RIL. Later he ventured into the Bunkering industry within the GP Global group where he was part of the Indian Bunker sales team, a prominent bunker supplier across the Indian coast. He brings strong relationships with a wide range of customers, both in the Industrial and Bunker segments. At the same time he has developed good relationships with the Indian refineries which he hopes to continue to aid the development of Oleo’s back to back trading business in the country.
Yashpal Patel
Head - Finance & Treasury
Yashpal Patel, by profession is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Masters degree in Finance. He possesses over 13 years experience in Finance, Risk Management, Banking and Treasury functions. Yashpal has led senior positions for the India region of Senvion, a German wind turbine manufacture, GP Global India, a manufacturer & trader of downstream products in Oil & Gas and Greenback Advisory, a leading consultant for treasury, trade finance, currency and interest rate risk management.
Nitin Sharma
Senior Manager – Accounts
Nitin Sharma is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce. He has over 19 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, Auditing & Taxation, cost control, MIS reporting and Internal audit. Nitin has previously worked at senior positions in various leading organizations in UAE as well as India region such as for VE Stall BV, Nicrinox FZE and for Viraj Profiles Limited, India.

Tara Singh
Asst Manager - Treasury
Tara Singh has over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas sector in UAE. Tara started his career in Finance and Accounts and with his expert knowledge and skills, moved to Market Risk. Tara has been an integral part in market risk, budgeting, management accounts as well as MIS. Before Oleo Energy, Tara was working with GP Global as Assistant Manager – Accounts & Finance & Market Risk.

Subhash Mathew brings 10 years of experience in Operations , he shall be responsible for UAE operations. He has previously worked with GP Global, Seamester Maritime.
Nimesh Nagar
Cargo Supervisor
Nimesh Nagar has 17 years of experience as a Merchant Navy Officer in oil tankers & bunkering vessels. Nimesh is responsible for supervising STS, safe stowage, loading and discharging of cargo operations, coordination of physical bunker deliveries, and coordination of cargo deliveries. Before joining Oleo Energy, Nimesh worked in companies like Folk Shipping and GP Global.

Divyanshu Gahlot

Divyanshu brings over 5 years of experience in shipping and bunkering operations. Divyanshu has previously worked with GP Global where he was responsible for trucking and barging operations. Divyanshu handles the operations for shipping as well as bunkers in Oleo. Divyanshu ensures smooth coordination among all parties for shipping and related operations.
Neethu Varghese
Head - HR/Senior Trader
Neethu has had a passion for bunkers for the last decade and counting. She brings experience in relationships with both suppliers and customers gained at some of the world’s largest bunker players such as Matrix Bharat, Peninsula Petroleum and GP Global. Her biggest assets are her strong belief in integrity, genuine relationships and loyalty to all stakeholders. Neethu has global relationships beyond her home grounds in the Middle East and Indian Sub-Continent. She has completed her Post-Graduate in Business Management specialising in Marketing and HR. With a dual role as Head of HR and Bunker Trader, Neethu brings a unique blend of trading expertise and a passion for cultivating talent within our organization.

Administrative Executive
Jenelyn is the Administrative Executive of Oleo Energy. An Administrator with over 9 years of extensive and diversified experience, she manages the daily operations of the office. Jenelyn has extensive experience in all general office duties, travel bookings, managing appointments, coordination with colleagues worldwide and thereby, ensures the smooth running of the office.
Rohan Bhatia
Head of Trading - Far East & Europe
Rohan brings over 13 years experience in Bunkers with the likes of World Fuel Services and Bomin Bunker Oil. Whilst he will manage OLEO in the East, his 9 years experience working in London means he will lead the charge in Oleo Energy’s expansion in to Europe. In addition, Rohan brings strong long term relationships with clients which he will continue to service.

Joydeep Mukherjee
Head - Trading and Investments
Joydeep heads Trading and Investments for OLEO Eenergy. He brings more than 20 years of experience in commodities trading, having worked across Singapore, Hong Kong and Dubai. He started his trading career with BankBoston before moving to BP in 2002, where he played a crucial part in building and managing Australian power trading business. Later he managed the oil portfolio for Macro Trading fund with Noble Group, built oil trading business for ANZ bank and started his own trading business. Joydeep has a financial engineering background with an MBA from Asian Institute of Management and has developed strong relationships in both Asian and Middle East energy trading markets.
John Phillips
Credit (Consultant)
John, now based in the UK after more than a decade in Singapore, is a chartered Shipbroker with over 38 years’ experience in the maritime sector. Initially in port agency and tanker operations with a UK tanker owner he later managed ship agency offices and operations for Graypen, Haven Marine Services and Furness Marine Services in Milford Haven / South Wales and Athens and Kanoo in Saudi Arabia. After post graduate studies at University of Plymouth he specialised in marine and bunker credit from 2002 to date managing teams for MRC/Lloyd’s List Intelligence, and OceanIntelligence and heading bunker credit at Chemoil, Soyuz Bunkering and more recently GP Global. His own business Awyr Las existed in Singapore from 2011 to 2016 before being made dormant due to his other work commitments whilst its UK namesake was incorporated in 2020.
Academically John holds an undergraduate degree in Maritime Business with Maritime Law and a masters in Port Management. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, a Chartered Member of the Institute of Logistics & Transport, and a Member of the Institute of Petroleum. John has been a member of IBIA and IECA for many years.

Eric brings with him 14 years experience with the likes of World Fuel Services, Chemoil, OceanConnect and Aegean. He possesses excellent knowledge of the Chinese supply market along with a substantial portfolio of clients mainly based in North East Asia.

Pramood Nair
Head of Sales – Bitumen, India
Pramood brings 11 years of experience with Hindustan Colas Ltd , GP Global, STP Ltd. He has extensive experience in handling sales & marketing activities in NHAI & other Infrastructure projects, managing & developing Key accounts, project acquisitions on PAN India basis , Government & consultant approvals & entire project stakeholder management.
At Oleo India, Pramood is the Head of Sales for Bitumen. He drives sales himself and through his team by targeting major Infrastructure projects on PAN India basis through bitumen bulk terminals from Pipavav, Mangalore, Mumbai & Haldia.

Suman Kumar Das
Sales Manager – Bitumen, Eastern Region
With a competitive career spanning over 13 years, Suman has worked with prestigious companies like HINCOL, Gulf Petrochem, and STP – Berger Group. Suman’s focus is Bitumen and Construction Chemicals for Road Construction, where he has managed complex projects, demonstrated and introduced new products, and liaised with Govt., NHAI, PWD and other regulatory bodies. As a Sales Manager for Bitumen in the Eastern Region, Suman’s is responsible for the sales and marketing of bitumen in the Eastern Region of India.
Tejvir Singh
Deputy Sales Manager – Bitumen, Northen Region
With close to 8 years of experience, Tejvir is responsible for sales and marketing of Bitumen in the Northern region of India. In his previous stint, Tejvir has led road segment projects for Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand as well as been responsible for the sales of construction chemicals. Tejvir has previously worked with STP Limited – Berger Group as well as Supreme Bituchem India Private Limited.

Dhaval has over 16 years of experience in Bunker Operations. His expertise involves documentation and enterprise vide software including SAP based management.
